Ballroom dance enthusiasts

After the sensational movies "Step Up," "Let's Dance," and "And Keep the Rhythm," fans of dance trends have been added all over the world. Dance movements and professionalism mesmerized the audience of different generations. Someone fulfilled his longtime dream and enrolled in a dance studio as an adult; someone gave their children to dance schools. The popularity of dance directions was growing. Ballroom dancing is a beautiful sport that requires dedication, regular training, and a strong character. Like many girls, dancer and choreographer Sofia Iudina was mesmerized by dance movies and, with pleasure at the age of seven, came to dance school. Since then, the world of dance has captivated Sofia and today; she is an international class dancer and a member of several Dance Unions - Russian, Moscow, and Ukrainian. Sofia Iudina has won many international victories and participated in the biggest competitions in the world. Among them: Open to the World Dance Festival WDC Crystal Ball, the WDC AL Open World Championship, the Dutch Open Championship, the United States National Ballroom Dance Championships, The American Open Dance Championships, and the New York Dance Festival, where Sofia, together with her partner won prizes and stood on the medal podium.

"Dancing is my whole life," says Sofia Iudina. She knows very well what is behind the victories and prizes. First, it is hard work, regular training, belief in one's strength, perseverance, and complete trust in a partner. Today, Sofia is a professional dancer who continues to participate in competitions worldwide and an experienced choreographer and teacher. Sofia Iudina teaches ballroom dancing to children and has experience working with the older generation.

Dancer and professional Sofia Iudina is sure that ballroom dancing can be practiced at any age. In recent decades, dance directions have received special attention and recognition worldwide. There are a vast number of television shows. In our country are known projects such as "Dancing with the Stars," "Dancing on TNT," and "Dance Revolution." In some projects to compete for participation come guys-dancers from all corners of our country, and in other shows, show business stars, film, and theater stars for the title of the best on the floor. Sofia Iudina believes that such show programs positively impact the development of dance trends. Viewers watch the characters of the reality show, immerse themselves in the world of dance, cheer for their favorite dancers, and many enroll in dance schools to try their hand.

Special Pro-Am competitions have been created for amateurs in the dance world. Choreographer and champion Sofia Iudina says that anyone can participate in these competitions. They differ in that the couple becomes a student together with his teacher. These competitions have fans, judges, a ball system, and everything like professionals. Preparation for such competitions is necessary; it is the same as for professional athletes, and the competition at Pro-Am competitions is high. Russian stars - actress Irina Pegova and model and TV presenter Oksana Fedorova - also participate in these competitions, although they started dancing as adults. For example, Irina Pegova became a winner in the show program "Dancing with the Stars," after the project, she could not leave the floor; she continued to practice ballroom dancing for her pleasure.

DancerSofia Iudina believes that dancing is a beautiful antidepressant; it is an opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself only in the world of grace, plasticity, and aesthetics. You rest your soul on the dance floor and pump yourself up physically and mentally. Every day, by overcoming yourself, your fears, and your shyness, thanks to dance, you become more confident, graceful, and potent and enjoy yourself and your successes.
